if a judge calls you a liar while on the stand...that would be a good indicator that the judge does not believe you......
my ex-boyfriend is lying and a judge called him on it.....
i fully believe that the truth will come out....
i want to put this all behind me and start a new, fresh life....

The Brits are withdrawing their forces from southern Iraq.
This has been the quite area of the country. Will we finally be able to see how the Iraqi government can handle security on their own? Do you think ceding a portion of the country back to Iraq can help or harm efforts to settle the rest of the country?

Some high-profile ads, such as a slick television campaign to attract recruits to the Territorial Army, have had little impact, with numbers enlisting for the volunteer force at an all-time low.
http://news.scotsman.com/uk.cfm?id=237282007

UK troops are practically running on empty - under-manned and under-resourced in the REAL SOURCE of this recent terrorist conflict, yet the Govt can spend vast amounts of money on "slick adverts" that do not produce the needed results.. at the same time, they can spend £1200 per door for the £2.3BILLION Whitehall refurbishment but not more much needed Chinooks - as asked for by Army Commanders, and as "promised" by Tony Bliar (sic) on 7th Oct http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5414974.stm but are STILL being waited on.

So PLEASE, DO CHECK OUT THIS WEBSITE - ABOUT THE DISPOSABLE SOLDIER..

I can't help but thinking that the freedom they have, if it so can be called, has to be forced on every culture and country, without regarding local beliefs. "You do it our way, or not at all." Same for the EU, it begins to become, or already is, an exact copy of America and it's so called freedom. However, I believe that too much liberalism is bad, and that the government and services still should not be privatised. Do you think that America forces it's "freedom" on other countries or not ?

I'm living in England on a voluntary workers VISA, but we are planning our wedding for September 2007 to be held in the US. We will then be staying in the US, living in Chicago. Can we skip the K-1 Fiance VISA and just apply for him to get a green card after we have our wedding? He will be entering the US 3 weeks before our wedding takes place. Is this legal? What are the chances of the US allowing him to enter as a visitor with no VISA?

How about a millage allowance per car per year anything over the allowance, you pay say 5p -25p a mile based on the size of your car engine
might sound a bit mad to some but it might stop people making short journeys when they can walk.
might allow more people to car share.
also how about getting rid of bus lanes where about 3 buses an hour use them?

Is the Republican Party Falling Apart?
Senator John McCain: "I think that Donald Rumsfeld will go down in history as one of the worst secretaries of defense in history."

The right wing Victory Caucus is targeting Republicans like CONSERVATIVE Rep. Ric Keller -- vocing support to oust the Republican in the 2008 GOP primary.

All this happens in the wake of the Democrats' sweeping win in the 2006 midterm elections.

Is the GOP imploding and, if not, please provide ANY example of where the Republicans are succeeding?

All the miltary experts say it will be a huge mistake to go to war with Iran and that the only way to bring them down is to collapse the economy from the inside. Does congress have the power to step in and say not this time Mr. President.

I feel that those of us ‘common people’ (by this I mean those of us who are not the ‘fat cats’ or the ‘big players’) are being taken advantage of. For example I feel that the government make decisions and implement them whether ‘we’ like it or not. They bully us with fines and cameras while not providing us with value for money while prices continue to rise. They can increase the congestion charge however much they like, yea they’ll receive scrutiny but the price will still rise anyway.

Lately I heard that certain banks are planning on charging customers for keeping their money in the bank! I didn’t hear the full story properly as it was on the radio but I think this is very unfair. One of the free things we have here (UK) is banking and the big bosses have spotted a new way to make extra cash.

Do our opinions matter?

What’s next?

George W. Bush, John Kerry etc are members. They admit it. They dont want to and they cant discuss the issue. Shouldnt the American people know what is going on behind closed curtains? And why is this topic not more widely discussed?

I am looking for a concealable holster for a S&W 3914. I see model 39 sizes and model 3913. Mine is a model 3914. Is the frame size the same? I plan on getting a Galco holster. I prefer a friction release rather than a thumb break. I also prefer inside belt rather than shoulder. Any other suggestions?

Many 3rd World nations sit atop vast reserves of oil, metals, mineral deposits, gems and other resources. The native populations are a perfect source of cheap labor. Sounds like a dream come true, right? Well, not always:

Unfortunately, many obstacles are in place to prevent the efficient exploitation of these resources. International do-gooder organizations often interfere. Burdensome regulations are frequently imposed on industry. Loopholes are routinely and unceremoniously closed. Some local government officials extort exhorbiant pay-offs.

What are some ways we can circumvent these obstacles?
