Yes, you will need a visa! Although Poland is an EU member, Trinidadian immigration still requires a visa for Polish citizens. Check out the official Trinidad and Tobago website on visas.

poland is an EU member state I belive and the policy is the same for the EU as America 3 months stay , no visa for tourist purpose. Also note if this is about the Cricket finals there are some specail visa policies that will allow you to move freeley from island to island....
