Can a foreign woman obtain a Malaysian passport by marrying a Malaysian?

No. You can get a pass to come into the country with your spouse. Once there, you can then apply IN PERSON for something permanent. You have to have your passport from your country of origin. You get the special pass from the Malaysian Embassy.
