Okay I don't think I fully understand the question but here goes:
If a judge calls you a lair than that's his opinion. A judge is not God and the judge could be wrong.
Your innocent until proven guilty and all that jazz.
But if the judge is a good judge of character and you also know that he was in fact lying than you shouldn't trust a person who will lie in court - under oath - that means you are just an untrustworthy person.
You should decide what you believe and than make your decision.
Good Luck

The fact that the judge calls you a liar in open court is a good indicator that the judge does not believe you.

Well, Is your boyfriend lying? If he is what exactly is he in court for? BUT even that put aside, lying in court is called perjury. It is a felony and CAN put him in jail for 2.5 years. That's in the state of MA, USA anyway. If you want to put it all behind you, I'd have to ask myself or at least KNOW why he was in court. WAS or is it drugs? Assaulting someone, Robbing some, Raping someone? ONLY YOU or he can answer this. If he is a bad person I would suggest you walk away, and do it quickly. And tell him that his life and your life are opposite of each other and as such you have to leave him. Hope I helped you out here, even if only a little. Good Luck.

I'm not sure what your question is, but lying under oath is perjury--a very serious offense that could bring jail time. I think the issue is whether the judge was expressing an opinion or a fact and whether the judge can prove it. At best, it signals that the judge will not believe your ex's testimony.

Hand deliver a letter that portrays the truth as you understand it and your intentions because of what has occurred to the judges secretary in an unsealed envelope. This will clear matters up for the judge as well as clearing your conscience. Tell no one, not even your best friend, what you have done. Not because you have done wrong. Because people just cannot keep their mouths shut forever. This will light the path for the judge and put you on a clean path as well.

It's more than an indicator when the judge calls a witness a liar.

No, you won't be able to lie. it rather is an computerized perjury fee and the decide could be royally pissed and determine to throw the e book at you--as quickly as he famous you responsible. as quickly as you initiate mendacity in courtroom and the decide famous out, s/hewill rather lots immediately determine that no longer something you're saying with regard to the case or your protection or your innocence is the fact. And, as a result, next to no longer something you're saying could be relied on. as properly, they are going to probable determine it out, if basically bc: --you will have already given the officer who arrested you your real call and handle. --The sufferer might o.k. understand your identity and can rat you out. --as properly, your lawyer would not comply with this variety of ruse--s/he'd be required to rat you out or lose his license and/or be disciplined for no longer revealing the fact approximately your identity, etc. as properly, in case you probably did lie, don't be taken aback in the adventure that your lawyer petitions the courtroom to be released as your lawyer/out of your case bc of your lie(s). this might stress you to scrounge around for yet another lawyer, it rather is the very final subject you want on your already undesirable place. the only subject to do, particularly in case you're responsible, is suck it up and take it like an person--AND, study out of your mistake at being interior the incorrect place on the incorrect time with the incorrect intentions and the incorrect habit. solid luck.
