no letter boxes are on council property and anyone can put anything in them. as long as it is legally mailable you can manually put it in heir yourself

I don't think so at all. To be on the safe side, just ring your local council and check. (just think of all the junk we all get through our boxes!)

Maybe your first edition should have some (smallish) print explaining to recipients how to opt out of future editions.

no, we still have freedom of speech and free press at the minute. Providing of course you arent making racist statements against minority groups (though its perfectly legal for them to make racist statements against white people)
