What is the definition of honesty?
Dr. Manmohan singh is only a puppet of Soniya gandhi.
He is a prisoner and dishonest of his own principals.He can not do anything without the consent of Soniya.
If you are a honest person ,you should do all as per your principals.
All ministers may be honest in anyone field but all are dishonest in other fields too.
I don't think any most honest minister is in the cabinet now.

In the whole ministry i think no one is honest. But in his ministry I think no one as honest as "Man Mohan Singh". It is not so that i m a sikh but because i think the work is being done by him was was of the level due to which i can say that he is the most honest man in his ministry.

I vote for Chidambaram. He is honest, bold and intelligent. He presents Budget without any favour or fear and avoids pressure tactics of businessmen seeking incentives and tax exemption in every field.

The proffession demands one not to be honest, so how can you expect somebody to be honest. lets see al doing some good work. corruption is rampant and they are the root cause
