Was having this debate in history class n was wondering wat u all think? I believe there is always a hint of racism and sexcism in today's society no matter how much we think we've grown and moved past that.

The UCMJ(Uniform Code Of Miltary Justice) has a "catch all" article. Military prosecutors sometimes use this article when there isn't enough evidence to prosecute for any of several offenses, but the accused has had charges filed against him/her for those several offenses. Americans want Bush impeached for several reasons: Iraq,(for a couple of reasons), illegal immigration,(again, for a couple of reasons), illegal eavesdropping. Is betrayal of public trust a misdemeanor? If so, should Bush be impeached?
The Constitution says a President can be impeached for "high crimes and misdameanors."

Since last 60 yeasr, Americans(USA) is enjoying some sort of super power status. despite all that they had very serious mistake in their foreign policy. That prompted me to ask this unusual question. I know some American foreign policy flaws. Many mistackes they did. And for that they paid heavy price too.

I want a new pistol for concealed carry to replace my cap and ball revolver. So I plan purchasing a colt M1911 for its reliability and for hard hitting .45 colt ACP round. I wanted to know if this was a good pistol for concealed carry? Is it difficult to keep concealed? Would you recommend any other pistol to carry besides the colt m1911?

Look at the countries in the "Axis of Evil" (a term borrowed from WWII to invite fear into the minds of Americans), what do they have in common? They are the countries we DON'T have permanent military bases in which surround China. If we succeed in installing bases in all the Axis countries, we will have effectively surrounded our only real global competitor, and we will have done it right under their noses in peace time. That is the real plan, world domination. If anyone believes the "powers that be" don't want to take over the world and make the entire globe a privatized (and therefore ownable) society under one government (which then makes it MUCH easier to control the entire population of the world) then you are sadly mistaken and you need to take another look at the attitudes, motives, and desires of people who control the military-industrial complex.

Don't answer this question if you are a fat, nasty liberal who thinks Hillary Clinton will be your sugar mamma if she becomes President. I want to know what Republicans think about Giuliani. People say he's too liberal on social issues, but I think the people saying that are liberals. They say he isn't going to do anything about illegal immigration or prevent more abortions. Is he really too liberal? He has a book out. Giuliani: Leadership is the name of it.
