Considering her party, she believes it to be another "botched joke." Yes and too many have forgotten.

Sure she remembers 9-11. She also remembers Vietnam. The American people reject this war overwhelmingly. It has NOTHING TO DO with our homeland security except to reallocate funds for internal security to the useless, wasteful war in Iraq. In 2006, the voters of America voted for a new direction. Pelosi is wise enough to heed the call. If this war is still in full scale operation in 2008, and if a candidate or party still supports it such as it was back in the Vietnam War-era in the late-1960's to mid-1970's, they will be voted out in November 2008.

She just remembers WHO wants to kill us.
Remember that guy Bin Laden, who Bush hasn't been able to catch, and his Al Queda group? The ones Bush has ignored so he could fight his personal war in Iraq?
They are still out there, and still want to kill us.
And as a veteran myself, who served in another unjustified war (Viet Nam) let me assure you that World War II vets remember Pearl Harbor very, very well. They also remember that we didn't retaliate by invading Brazil or Switzerland.
And those of us who served during Viet Nam know that the wisest, most patriotic and honorable way to support the troops at that time would have been to stand up to the incompetent President who escalated that war out of desperation, and demand that he stop sending brave young Americans to die needlessly.
When you're up against someone who wants to kill you, it's always a good idea to attack that guy who wants to kill you, not that other guy around the corner just because you don't like him.
Pelosi is smart enough to know that. Why aren't Bush and Cheney? Are you?

It seems thats what alot of libbercrates want us to think
but we all know better,& we all know about the innocent
American's minding their own business the day of 911
whose lives were mercilessly taken for no good reason,
& can you only amagine how they families feel?
How heartless it is to know that there are those in our own
nation who actually think it's wrong to defend our Country!
Well,I know that a totalitarian goverment is gonna happen
if we keep allowing the libbercrates in the White House!
The Government will get tired of all the crying & whining
from them,and say,well,if they cannot take care of themselves,
then we are forced to do it!!! Lewd conduct always causes
chaos & turmoil,so amagine what will happen!!!
Many of the libbercrates think it's their birth right to have sex
all the want with anyone they want to,& that no one has a
right to complain. They also seem to feel that cursing & cussing
isn't offensive to anyone or that it shouldn't be,and that baby
killing is another form of birth control! I say,lets stop this craziness
& fight for America to be America again!!! Freedom for those
who know what real freedom is,which doesn't mean the free
dom to be nasty or lewd in any way what so ever!!!

Yeah, but she knows they are not in Iraq!!! We need to leave the Iraqi's to clean up their mess (we helped start the problem by removing Sadham, who kept order by violence) - it is now a religious, civil war that can only be resolved by the Iraqi's. We need to bring home our troops to deploy them wherever the real terrorist strike! We need to find Osama Bin Laden, and the terrorists who threaten US borders - not the religious twits in Iraq who only want us to leave - they have no ability to attack us in the US or anywhere else.

I'd be surprised if she remembers. I'm so surprised she made it where she is. She had so totally expressed her hatred for the President, and I have to give GWB lots and lots of credit for overlooking what she told the media and accepted her as she was.
I truly hate her...
You know that fine line that is drawn between love and hate? She went WELL OVER that line. I also feel since she expressed her hatred for GWB, that many of the issues she is against even by repeating over and over that they will STOP Bush with the Power of the Purse is way of working out her vendetta with him. And that is MORE THAN shameful for someone in political office to do. Expressing a hatred to the public, then having a vendetta to assist in making GWB look like and @ss.
