do europeans take the side of iran on the issue of nuclear development? they seem to blame america for all the problems in the universe because theyre socialists who hate capitalism, and because of the ONE foreign war that america has caused. although it was europe who called america to end its policy of isolationism when it needed help. and they wonder why half the immigrants in france, germany, and austria are living off the welfare system without working and contributing the economy.

Hi,
I am litigating a case as pro se in the state of NY.
The case is about breach of contract and fraud.
The case is in court for nearly 5 years. Recently, during investigation that I have conducted, I found out evidance for
possible criminal action taken by defendent (among other things fraud against others as well, purgery etc.)
My question is, if I fill a criminla application against him with the police, can i ask to adjourne the civil case until the police investigation is over?

My sister has been together with her boyfriend who's Albanian for the last 3 years. They live together and are very much in love.
He came to this country at 15, since then he's been studying and working up until now, he's 23. All this time he's been waiting for a decision from the home office , living his life in limbo... however recently the home office arranged an interview for which a lot of his friends including myself wrote letter supporting him, he truly is a great person, hard working, fair and decent. He told me that he was quite disappointed at the little regard they paid at the letters and that he had a bad feeling about the whole thing. My sister called me in tears today saying that he received a letter from the home office ordering him not to move from his address and go to an interview on the 5th of March if he doesn't oblige then he will get arrested. It sounds like he will be deported. My sister and him are devastated... iIs all this fair?

Yesterday I wnet to my sons fathers house to enquire where the child maintence has been for the last 2 weeks.
It was me ,me 1yr old son,him and his mother in the flat.
The argument became heated an ended up with him headbutting me and the grabbing me round the throat twice strangling me-his mother did nothing and unfortunatly my son witnessed everything.
I was left with bruises around my neck and a big slash and briuse on my upper chest.
Went to the police the took my statment also pictures of my injurys.Ive been advised to go to a doctors and have it logged which I will do tomorrow.
I will be going to court and certainly wont be retracting my statement.
Im 19 he is 25 I have no criminal record,he has one as long as his arm including assult on police officer.He was released from prison just 7months ago on assult including firearms -was convicted.has just finished probation for that.
Whats the likely hood of him getting a long sentance for this assult?It was unprovoked
