Should we be giving courses in South African schools that involve
not just dealing with crime issues, but the causes and effect,
should criminology be a subject choice from std 5 - matric in
S.A. schools, also should life skills involving community service
not be brought into the South African Schools system, to try to
stop the spread of crime to youngsters, who live in situations,
where they need to learn from example as well as experience...

Do they go far enough in the school system to talk about the
consequences of crime with teens in South Africa, this should
start at primary school level, so that at a high school level they
can make the right decisions, what do you think..........................

I don't know how it is in S. Africa, but in this country what lacks in our educational system is very simple. The do not teach that actions have consequences good or bad. Too many bleeding hearts tell kids that they made a bad choose and don't do it again or they will loose the x-box. they do not tell them that if they screw up the will be punished. They don't want to hurt the Little darlings feelings. There is nothing wrong with a good swap on the butt.
