This is for a school assignment, and I've been doing research for hours now... yet I cannot find information on my last question for my assignment. My assignment has to do with the FDA, and the last question (in exact words) is this : Where do the legislative and the judicial branches of government come into play with investigation and enforcement of the FDA?
I cannot find anywhere on the web that has this sort of information, not even the actual FDA website does. If anyone has any information about this please help! If you can please tell me where you found it if it was on the web, so I can reference it. Thanks in advance!

Hillary will hold a trial for Bin Laden.

He'll be convicted. But, he'll get parole given that it's his first offense.

What are the odds that this will come true? 99%

Like the money that pays for the president and congress to fly around in plane from party to party. Their cars, money, personal bought crap all of their offices? What is going with the money? Why does a congress person have to have 7 different offices, everyone have to waer the expensive suits, you can do the same job in a pair of jeans. One more thing why are we rubuilding in other countries and helping them when the governement can't fix Lousiana, Katrina etc, and I know it's helpful to other countries but look around, americans are losing their jobs, their kids can't afford to go to college, we can't get good healthcare, and we have a hell of a a lot of homeless people of our own? Someone please explain where our money is going cause it doesn't make sense to me?

I am not employed and cannot afford to pay so I called up the council, and was told that I do not need to attend the court hearing as it is only the first stage.

They said that I should wait for the second letter, which I will recieve after the hearing, and will need to do something about.

Do I need to attend the hearing..? does it matter..?

Obama and Clinton In a race for the first Black man or the first White woman How can you choose....I like them both...
Can I have two votes...I know I cant but I am torn between the two.
I am a woman and I would like to see a woman in office
I am black and I would like to see a black man have a chance...
If we could get Rice we would have both bases covered
What do you think....Shake It Up

I'm French and recently moved to London, in an area where crime rate is high.
In France everybody can buy some non lethal gun (the kind that looks like a real gun, and will knock out a person without killing) to defend oneself at home.
It is a good deterrent and as my girlfriend is often home alone and the area isn’t safe I would like that she have one to keep burglars in respect while waiting for the police.

Even though India is blessed with a variety of cultures, languages, castes, varied economic status, tastes for the tradition and the modernism etc, still people do not feel proud of the treasures we have as Indians.
They unite and support during times of crisis such as cyclone, war, sunami etc The proud feeling of oneness has yet to be oxperienced. I feel that this thought must be sowed in the young minds so that they admire and appreciate our rich values.
People must start to work for the country.Corruption must not be encouraged. each one of us should fight corruption and malpractice at all walks of life.
United we win!!!! Let us work unitedly for the progress of ourselves as well as the nation!!!

Me and my partner have been talking about maybe moving to Australia in 3-4 years time. I know its quite difficult to get in, so I was wondering what criteria we need to meet to be able to get in.

At present we both work, own our own house, have a child (but will probably have 2 by that time), we are getting married in June so will be married by the time that happens too but have some debt.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I see people post on free speech often and many times they seem to be saying that they do not believe free speech should be protected for certain groups or certain people. As an example I will use radio pundits like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. I do not necessarily agree or disagree with these people, they are just the best polarizing figures I can think of at this time. I see many people post that these people should be censored or removed from the radio.

My question is this. Is it not more important to protect the rights of people who you don't agree with than those you do based on the idea that if you are not willing to protect the rights of those you dissent against then the freedom itself is in jeopardy as a whole?
