Some people say that snipers are only doing the job because it is away from danger.
I think they are gifted hunters, who are needed in every war.

President Bush proposed a $2.9 TRILLION budget and BILLIONS of $ for Iraq but he says there will not be enough funds for social security and medicare in the future. Question is does that compute to any logical person? What is your opinion?

Why are politicians in the philippines not sincere with running the government fairly and in favour of the poor, instead they all work for themselves and their own pockets and benefits. Movie stars and famous people run the government sometimes people without knowledge or education let alone running a country. The ordinary people in the country are being duped with famous politician/movie stars. These politicians takes advantage of people's poverty and needs.

Me and my girlfriend have a police friend who lives with us in our apartment. He does his share of the work around the house and works on a regular basis. He is a good guy. But sometimes he startles me or frightens my girlfriend by hiding beside the wall or door. When we go to the kitchen at night to check what’s in the refrigerator there is he… standing on the other side. It’s like he is guarding the apartment or something? Is he doing his job as a police officer while off duty or is this normal for police officers because of their work?

A lot of the Mexicans are as weird as the islamonazis. They follow Santeria and witchcraft. Letting these idiots in to the United States has been so stupid. George Bush is a fool and has not held up his oath of office by letting our borders go unprotected.Reunite them with their family in their home country. The country they left when they slithered into the USA and became a criminal!!!!!
Being brown does not mean you get to chose which of our federal laws you get to ignore. Being brown does not mean you get to benefit from breaking our laws. Being brown does not mean the laws do not apply to you if you have managed to be a criminal for many years without getting caught. You are still an illegal breaking our laws.
They should do away with the anchor baby concept instantly!!!! If the parents are illegals, then the children are illegals. End of story. Any time that a illegal is identified they should be deported without hesitation. It makes no difference how they were detected or how long they have been here. Them being here, getting caught, and separated from friends or families in this country is their own damn fault. They created the situation by being here illegally.
The race card should be a one way ticket to where ever they came from. When you play it, you're gone! If they get caught a second time they should do some time in forced labor building a fence on our southern border. When illegals are detected our social programs should only be available to them while in transit on their way out. Welfare, social medical programs, food stamps, wick, and the rest of the free money should only be given to those who can prove US citizenship. It is not my job to feed the world or pay for their babies either! Get a clue. Americans explored, civilized and built this country without millions of illegals from south of our border. We are capable of taking care of ourselves now. We need to set a date when we start playing cowboys and mexicans.

I have a petition in australia to join w/my mom immigration type.
Now the embassy gave me a letter that i must submit the following documents for my interview.One of the documents request is my transcript of record of my college.My worried bcoz almost of my grades are incomplete.Do you think this matter can affect my petition? Is my dream come true to go in australia?Maybe i will fail in interview bcoz of this....pls advice me (T_T) im crying out loud.....

My 18 year old brother was cited in San Jose California, for some traffic Violations and a minor accident and was told by the police if he admitted to what he did, they would not press any other charges that could have stemmed from the incident. All four charges were misdemeanors, with a possible fifth for lying to the police. He admitted to the incident and they only cited him for the 4 misdemeanors.

However when he received his court appearance paper work they added an amendment stating "Booking required".

Does this mean he has to report to the jail? I told him to contact a lawyer to find out what this mean and if it means he must report immediately or if it means he should wait for the trial. But being 18 he does not think it is a big deal.

If they did decide to charge him with the charge of "Lying to the Police", is there any kind of legal recourse because he was told by the officers they would not cite him for that since he admitted to what he did?
