I have recieved email meant for at least two other people. I think I still have the names. I think this was meant for one of them. There has to be some way to stop this.

Call your police department. They're going to tell you that it isn't in their jurisdiction - that's b.s. They have to take a report and look at what's going on with the link. If you can't get anywhere with whomever answers the phone at the PD, ask for a supervisor, someone somewhere along the line will help you with this. If that fails; call your local FBI office.

Cut and paste the link, send the details to interpol or other
law enforcement agencies sites, with an email explaining
what you have said above, get them to put a stop to the
person from the email address itself, they can then trace
the computer country IP, adn get the relevant authorities out
there.................
