i was on a crowded 25 bus going to east london in the midnight, and got caught by the inspector for not paying bus fare. he took away my oyster and asked for my address.
what would normally the consequence be. he threatened me that it will be taken to court and the fine is up to 1000 pounds.
are people in the same situation eventually taken to court?
as far as i know they fined 20 pounds in the spot but then they refused to take cash from me.
i m worried and hate this fuss. please help.

would you go..sort of like voluteers from old times ..you would go to Iraq and train and fight you would not be in the military but a volenteering fighting force ..and when it was over you would go home..I think more people would be our goverment would never allow it..

I was backing out of my friend's driveway, and a mom hit in a minivan rearended me.
I did not see her as I was backing out, and I was already on the road when she hit me.
It seemed she may have been speeding.

I pulled over, she didn't even get out of her car.
My back bumper is pretty messed up.
She didn't seem to notice.
She asked if there was any damage to her car, I told her know.

I apologized, even though I shouldn't have.

She told me "I have to get to school. I'm late" and drove away"

I didn't realize how much damage was done to my car.
My entire suspension is messed up.
My car is squeaking.
And my boyfriend who is a mechanic says that there is probably uch more additional damage, but he can't tell until he looks at it (he's at work)

I know the woman.
I mean, not personally.
But It's not a huge town.
And I know her name.

If I call the police department, can anything happen?
I can't afford to fix this.
And I don't feel it was my fault.

should the goverment ask the troops if they want to leave and let those who want to leave do so..and only keep those who want to fight there..after all that would be fair..maybe its time to ask any who wants to fight to fight..no matter what...take any one that wants to fight..

the military wouldnt let me in because I am fat..and during Nam they took any one ..I have read stories..I do want to serve I did try to get in when I was younger and all I found where fools there..I told them I wanted the infantry and they told me only idiots jion the infantry..are infantry soldiers the only real soldiers...I mean every body else is support..so what gives..
