I had a letter this morning by recorded delivery (from a big holiday company) saying Congratulations you have won a prize to the value of £3750 on the Internet Prize Draw. All I had too do was call them on the free phone number. I called them to be told I had won exclusive membership. They asked me too confirm that I was a home owner and when I said I was a tennant they said that I am not entitled to it. Should companys be allowed to build up peoples hopes like this. They shouldn't be able too get away with this sort of thing and feel like reporting it but who should I report it too?

Why do People get on Bush's case, but did NOT show as much animosity towards Clinton concerning the treaty?

Doesn't Clinton deserve just as much blame? Will Hillary do the same as Bill did --- absolutely NOTHING!

I was watching the news and saw that Matthew Broderick and Rebecca Gayheart got off with a small fine and community service a while back. (Gayheart struck and killed a 9-year old boy and Matthew Broderick killed 2 people in a head-on collision) Now they are questioning whether or not to charge Brandy for killing a 48 year old woman that was married with kids. Do you think that there would be a question if it was you or I that committed vehicular homocide? (Assuming that it resulted, without a doubt, from negligence)

THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME FOR SOME OF THE ANSWERS I HAVE GIVEN.

I AM A STRAIGHT MAN AND STATED I WOULD RATHER BE FLAYED ALIVE THAN BE GAY! INSTANT VIOLATION.

AM I BEING PETTY FOR LASHING OUT WITH REPORTS IF I FIND ANYTHING THAT HAS A VAGUE FEEL THAT COULD BE TAKEN AS OFFENSIVE???

I heard the announcement today about Barack Obama, and I must say it was compelling and concerning. The evidence was presented and it seems at this point that the information is indeed true. Mr. Obama has neither confirmed nor denied the new information, and I'm not sure it will even affect his run for the presidency at all. What do you think?

But more importantly, can their socialized healthcare yield a higher average death age than the USA?

((Populations MUST be equivalent, most countries that have socialized healthcare actually have a GREATER average death age, HOWEVER, they do so with 1/10th the population. ))

I have visited Australia often and more so in the last 15 years. They have a 20% of the 20 million population there with huge gambling problems. It is actually worse than anywhere in the world. This scourge brings alongside itself, other social curses such as money laundering, drug rings, and prostitution. It can in my experience only be a very destructive thing to any society. The UK has more than enough social problems already and this will compound them all. The introduction of these hell dens is all, once again about revenues and capitalist gains aimed at a vulnerable "hope to get lucky" mass. For once can the UK public not rally in high numbers in their cities and towns to demand that these places do not get to exist!! Believe me,you will all be so sorry when they take hold here. To see the dire effects of this permissive gaming in Australia would stagger anyone. How can they be stopped ?

Do you think it is right that the Catholic Church are against gay couples adopting from the agencies they run?

I'm interested in what others think on this because I believe that the church are right to stick to what they believe in, and not be pressurized into changing their beliefs by the government.

Obviously the situation there is getting worse since Bush choosed to send more troops and thus following the plan called "go long"(needless to explain what the plan does mean).

What I think about the war is that the americans are invaders, the agressors. They started the war and everyone starting a war is guilty and have to be punished. Its not Saddam...its Bush and the troops killing for money. They all have to go to jail or death sentence. Not sad...but true :).

We are told that 25% of American females have been sexually abused.

If that is the case, most of you know a LOT of perverts. And, you are likely related to them. More importantly, whey aren't about 20 million American men in jail for this abuse?

Does this include your dad? Uncle? Brother? Son? Grandfather?

At my work, employees are not allowed to have any sort of tobacco products, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, none of that. Eventually this entire city (for me it's Charlotte, I think San Fransisco is also making a big push) is going to be "smoke free", with the laws they keep passing so why don't they just skip ahead a step and ban tobacco products from even being around?

I mean come on people. Listen to anything Ahmadinejad says about America or the Jews or the path to martyrdom or the return of the 12th imam. I know Bush is a total moron, but when he says we can work this out diplomatically with Iran I can't tell if he's TRYING to let them nuke Israel or if everything he's told us over the last 6 years is a lie. Now he thinks we CAN negotiate with terrorists, and its OK for states to harbor terrorists and build WMDs, and everything will just work itself out.

And as for North Korea...... we've been playing this Mickey Mouse crap with them almost as long as we did with Saddam, except that he actually HAS done all the stuff Bush accused Saddam of, all the way up to going "nucular." We've been technically at war with NK for the last 57 years. All that needs to happen now is for Kim Jong to convert to Islam and Hillary Clinton to win the election.

1) They said they would bring the troops home....yet their resolutions on Iraq are non-binding and they refuse to cut off funding (which wouldn't hurt troops, it would just cause everyone to pack up and head home).

2) They said they would bring ethics back to government and Harry Reid is ALREADY making questionable land deals that are going to be investigated. This is the same Democrat who fought so hard to have the date the new ethics rules would kick in extended farther out...gee I wonder why.

3) A Democratic state Senator is accused of touching a teenage boy: http://www.netscape.com/viewstory/2007/01/24/sd-senator-denies-groping-accusation

Is this what you get when you elect Democrats? Are they up to their old tricks so soon- they've only been in office for a month !
