first off you have to find a woman in either country, and considering you asked "from USA or Canada." indicates to me that you have not even found one. and when you do find one ask her to marry you if she doesn't laugh and she accepts take her to a judge or priest or someone licenced to provide marriages. and presto you are married!!!
