Why our politicians are so selfish and not bothered about the welfare of the people who had elected them? When this will get changed? When we will have true selfless politicians?

This is an interesting question and I wish more people would have thought of it to ask. The answer is not so easy or simple and yet not impossible to find.
Firstly, it is not that only our politicians are corrupt and others are not. Human nature is more or less same every where, but at other places (where corruption is less), the wrong doers are caught early and punished quickly. So there is clear dis-incentive to indulge in corrupt practices. In our country the mechanism to find wrong is very obscure and to punish the guilty is not easy as per our laws. One can amass wealth to the hilt, thousands of acres of land, several palatial buildings, tons of gold etc, yet such a person can not be branded corrupt in our country. The mechanism to punish them is more complicated. Unless the laws of this land are amended there is little scope to remove corruption in this country.
In fact one enters politics only to make money by unfair means; that is why one spends several lakhs to get elected. yet you ask why our politicians are corrupt ?
And finally who is interested in removing corruption? Is it the President, PM, Party president or the leader of opposition? The fact is none of these gentlemen are. They are all interested in extending their terms. Therefore, it is the people who are suffering must wake up and fight against corruption.

Because basically America is a total paradox ever exist to every human life. America is a volatile place right now... Sorry to say. From there comes all the greatness of life, but also derives all the dreadful lifestyle...
Since America ages only more less 600 years old, so America is considered as one of the youngest countries in the world.
Yes America helped and helps for many positive humanitarian things in this world. America do have such a big contribution to this world, but at the same time America also really display and portray how shameful, horrendous, shallow and wicked they are towards many things in this life. America creates order BUT also chaos at the same time...
They make not only fantastic war movies but also make the REAL wars in reality.... and they do enjoy wars like playing playstation. They are full of hope, chance and greatness but they are also full of hatred, anger, wickednesses and hang ups. American lives their life in such a spectacular way compare to other countries on this planet. But at the same time American do live in such a tiny bubble and fuzzy dreams ever.
America is the chaos and the order at the same time-. America not only makes great creations to the world but also painful and traumatic destructions emotionally or physically..... for sure.

Easy.......... THEY'RE RICH!! They have more money then you and I could possibly dream of, because they kissed enough corporate a$s to make it that far in politics. They don't give a damn about anyone outside of their bourgesie and the system won't ever get changed because they've essentially locked non-rich people out of American politics. Since there are 2 parties they can come up with whatever bullsh!t unimportant issues they want to argue about and waste all our taxpayer dollars with their scripted nonsense. Republicans will always be led by rich, corporate, uber-Christian oil moguls who will keep you paying more and more for gas, health care, and all the other stuff you need to live. And Democrats will always be made up of dumb liberals, hippies, feminists, and anyone else who's the opposite of your typical Republican. They're programmed to endlessly argue over things like abortion, evolution, gay marriage, stem cells, social security, blah blah blah. This will keep us distracted long enough for the Iranians buy a nuke from Kim Jong, figure out how to get it in a briefcase, and sneak it across the Candian border to melt the infidels. Since Democrats have to automatically oppose any Middle East strategy, we'll miss our opportunity to stop Iran and the Republicans will probably just respond by raising gas prices. You see politicians are all rich liars, this is why people who are good at lying say "American is like a second language" to them.

Because they are so far removed from their constituency its unreal, even a congressman makes 165,000 per year plus free medical including dental, housing expenses, a payroll to pad, travel is free,they don't pay into social security, set their own salary, work less than 110 days a year, and have people knocking down their door with cash, trips and gifts for their vote! Know anyone else like that? If we made public servents actually serve the people they were elected to serve, they'd be less corrupt

America is just too messed up to fix in government department. Sure you can catch one or two illegal deals made by congress but there are alot more then just them two doing illegal/corupt things.
