A great deal of judicial reforms are required. Bold decisions are required to be taken. If you go by the statement of the present CJI, I do not think, the judiciary will be inclined to go in for whole sale reforms, bringing the judges under the public scanner. The club mentality, over protectionism, a tendency to keep a holier than thou attitude on the part of the judiciary have been the bane of this judicial system. The judiciary must do a serious soul searching and work towards a solution that will result in lifting the judiciary from the morass and lethargy to which it had fallen over a period.

Don't finger in in the Indian judiciary. It has started doing a good job off late. Let it continue to do the same. Press is also helping in meeting transparency.

Anyways just keep politicians off limits and everything would be fine.
