I have.

I didn't have to come on this deployment. I volunteered because there was a need.

I'm not the only one. In my unit over half of us didn't have to come.

There are more of us than you think.

Where have you been? Everyone in the military is now a volunteer and they have just raised the able body age limit to 45, so if you are male or female and believe in the jihad threat to eliminate you and your way of life then you could join if you are 17-45 now instead of sitting on your duffs in your free cozy atmosphere made possible by millions of soldiers who have died to give you that privilege.

NO. I served my time back in the 80's. I would volunteer to fight in Afghanistan however, just not Iraq. We have no national interest there.

If you have a death wish, this is how to do it. Perhaps with this plan you can issue explosive laden vests so that these untrained volunteers can run into Al Qaeda camps and blow everyone up. Bon voyage.

I would NEVER respond to anything Bush asked of me.
I just hope we survive the rest of his term in office, or better yet; impeach him and the VP he rode in on. I served back in the Vietnam era.

Everybody in Iraq is a volunteer. There's no draft like there was in Vietnam.

I'D FIGHT FOR MY COUNTRY AND PRESIDENT

He was twice elected. He stopped Hussein from killing another 1 million innocent people. I think today's Liberals would definitely have rolled over for Hitler. Thankfully, there are some who will stand up against radical Islam.

There's no way that I would go.

I don't support Bush.
