Your divorce file is public record, so anybody can go to the court house and look up the file. You probably want a certified copy and the court will most likely charge a small fee to make a copy for you. Some courts put their records online at the court's website, so you might call the court first to see if this is available.

You can also look for your states official (.gov) website and look for the Department of Health Services. The fees for the service differ from state to state. It can take a up to a couple of weeks depending on where you live (because these the offices that handle this are usually in the state capitol).
