My husband and I own a townhome, and we recently had noisy renters move in next door. There is constantly noise everyday, everynight. Today, they were banging on the wall...to the point where things were shaking in my house. So, I went over there to ask what was going on. I was greeted by a furious older male who persisted to get in my face, and he told me if I had a problem to call the police. So, that's what I did. Previous to this incident, we called the owner of the townhome and complained. Anyway, the police came and we filed a report. The officer went over and talked to the renters. We live in Georgia, and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get the noisy renters evicted?

I really am curious to see what answers I get to this question....Is there any middle ground for Arabs and non-Arabs? I worry that this is all going to turn into a war between Arabs and non-Arabs and wondering if there is a way to stop it. Does the Koran really call for the killing off of people of all other religeons? Help me out with this, please!

**Do I have to pay tribal taxes if I worked on a reservation?

I worked at a tribal school, on a native american reservation, but I am not native. I had both federal income tax and tribal tax taken out of my paychecks. At some point, I heard that I could get the tribal tax back, since I'm not native, and get the federal tax back because I was working on a reservation. Sounds too good to be true, but if it is I'd like to know how. Do you know how this kind of thing works? Or know where I can find out more?

My brother and I had a video game bet where the loser had to sign a contract that stated that the other person was incredibly skilled all supreme ect.


This is my side of the story. Right before I was going to sign the contract I changed a word to make it read "Caleb is not all supreme." I asked him if this was the contract I should sign, and he said yes, so I signed the contract. He realized his mistake, and scribbled out the "not." The contract now reads "Caleb is (not scribbled out) all supreme."


Here is his side of the story,
I was writing the contract in pen, and messed up a word, so I crossed it out. Now 4 hours after he signed the contract he comes to me and says, "You scribbled on the contract after I signed it." This is comepletly not true!!!!!!!!!!


What is the status of this contract in court? Does a new contract need to be writen up or is how it stands now legal? If I had proof that he scribbled out part of this contract what would be the legal standin

therefore he lost our medical insurance. Medi-cal has denied us. We have an 18 month old baby and im very scared. Does anyone know of a clinic or program that offers free health care * or very cheap* in california? Cus obviously the government is not willing to help us out. =-( thanks alot.

investigaters are saying more than $75,000 is needed to just start thev investigation of the cops, *& everyone knows lawyers cost mour than investagaters.... i am just a little poverty lever person. that if i even save more than $2,000 my social securty & insurance also well be stoped. it is versurly compleatly imposabel for me ever to even pay for services of any investigater or lawyer only money that i well ever be abel to give anyone would be the money receaved from this city when it is taken to court. that is the only way on earth that i would ever be abel to pay for the services nessary that has got to be done. please i need some assistance some way of obtaining services to get this city into court . everyone is always saying to take them to court. i can not get sanyone into court. is there anyone out there that is going to help me? i just can not do this. i am nothing but everybodys VICTEM i do not want to be dieing still everybodys victem ... How do you prevent a former subcontractor photographer from using photos of your child to promote their new photography business without parental consent? This individual was a subcontractor for a modeling agency- we signed release to the agency, not her. She was fired for bad conduct. She has a history of having deviant and sexually explicit photos on her websites, and often works for gay magazines. I dont want my childs photos used by her to promote her business, but she says she can & there's nothing i can do about it since she was the "artist" Do i have any rights as a mom here ?

Hi everyone,
im new in the United State, i just get married, and im goona do another wedding in church in August of this year, My parent live in Seychelles, and i want to invite them to my wedding here in the USA,

they went to the embassy to request for a visa, but they been told that they will need an invitation letter from me.

i have no clue what they talking about, i don't even know what to write in the invition letter and what INS will need from me.

does anyone have a sample of an invitaion letter?
