It's only a matter of time before there is another attack on the lower 48. Muslims may be a bunch of sickos, but I give credit when credit is due. They are already in this country, knowing full well that Bush and his cronies will do nothing about them. When the time is right, they'll hit again with another suicide mission. Who knows? Maybe it'll be the Super Bowl, one of the primaries, or the Statue of Liberty fireworks show on the 4th of July. I blame Bush for the most part, and partially Clinton before him. Bush insists on keeping the borders open for his "guest worker program." Gee, I wonder how many of the "guest workers" are psycho Muslims in disguise just waltzing over the border preparing to blow us up!

The guys/gals above are right there are 1200 terrorists groups in 150 cities with weapons in the US. The FBI knows this so what is all the govt hoopla about Homeland Security about. All the hassle at airports and with the Boston scare what does this govt expect? Someone is slacking and letting this threat to US citizens happen in the name of what? Certainly not the govt's duty to protect it's citizens. Is this to bring on the critical event they are preparing for in order to use army militia on US? We'd better be alot more concerned re what's going on in our leadership b4 it's too late.

No it's not the better choice.
D has laid out the best answer but neglected to address what to do about the governments in the countries these terrorists come from.
You can't have prosperity handed to the people under a corrupt dictator, it doesn't work, and if there is no functional government at all the lawlessness makes it impossible to prosper.

That's not the only other option. International relations...education (both here and abroad) as well as a little prosperity (make it less profitable to be a terrorist, and they'll go away) will go a LONG way towards cleaning up this little world.
