The US would not invade Israel! We are allies. If anything, it would be Israel hitting Iran (because of Ahmadinejad's threats to "wipe Israel off the map") and the US supporting Israel in some capacity. If Israel does bomb Iran due to a nuclear threat, it will use nuclear weapons in some degree. The US will supply naval blockades. One trident sub has enough power to kill 200 million people, but would not be necessary. All of this may never happen since the Iranians may quickly tire of Ahmadinejad's bellicose threats. Iranians are peaceful. Only the mullahs seem to seek a conflict.

Judging how Iran reacted with the Iraq war, they'd probably remain neutral. Remember, Iraq was probably Iran's biggest enemy of all time (the way Saddam invaded Iraq and all those lives were lost).
Iran doesn't get involved in wars as much as most of it's neighbors do. They're all talk.
