The United States, Canada, Israel, The European Union, Australia, NZ, Japan, Taiwan & India. Britain will always be a US ally. We would help them out for whatever reasons, if necessary. You would be one of our top foreign priorities because of our close historical friendships.

All Europe, along with most western countries, but Europe would be enough except if it was hit also.
French, Irish, Belgian and Nederland’s would be first arrived. France has extensive reserves of first aid/campaign hospitals and food to be dispatched within hours by plane anywhere there is still a landing zone.
It is designed for northern Africa mainly but would be in Britain in less than a day.

US had extensive help too but their military guys are consumed by their war and despatching would need some planes/helis back from Irak, that may take time. Considering what they did in Katrina, they would be of little help.

The United States without a doubt, the Americans and us Brits are per capita the most generous countries when it comes to disaster relief. We would do the same for them if needed.
For all the apparent anti-American sentiment you see on this site they are still the nearest we have to a genuine friend nation as we Brits are to them.
It's just a pity both nations are led by the worst leaders in living memory.

1) Most nations that could afford to send aid, one hopes!

2) No nations would openly gloat, not even the French!

3) Yes, we should prepare. I personally have put away a couple of cans of baked beans and some dried fruit. But the shop on the corner is bound to be open, disaster or no disaster! I'm putting my faith in Mr & Mrs Patel! Two more wonderful people you would be hard put to find.

What kind of disaster are you talking about? You might not even need food stocks for whatever might hit the UK. I know the US would send help along with most of the western nations and, depending on the scale of the disaster, any loyal or with ties to those said western nations. The middle east would be celebrating the deaths of allies of the "Great Satan". Except Israel of course.

It depends on the disaster, we live in a multicultural society so their fellow country men and women may like to send some aid but given the current situation the UK is in, thanks to our PM joining President Bush's 'Axis of Excessive Corporate Profit', or 'Team America', (in the case of Iraq) stuck yeah! The only country I can think of that may send aid is Israel, a country that I do not recognise due to their bullying, repression and nazi military tactics used against the people of Palestine. 'How are we expected to deal with these people?' asked a Israeli government official a few months ago on BBC news 24. 'Trade and not turfing people off their land.' seems the obvious answer, and why keep building on disputed territory when you could build high rise flats for your people in undisputed territory instead? If you want more land for agriculture, for example, negotiate with the people of Palestine so that you pay money for the land you would like, or 'purchase'. Let the people of Palestine have a referendum as to whether or not to accept your money and release some prisoners as a sign of good faith. The USA would pledge aid to us, but it wouldn't arrive.

In the USA we value or relationship with Britain and would send aid from our government. We'd also very likely mount private donation campaigns to collect money and supplies to help. Musicians and celebrities would raise money through call-in television shows.

I can't speak for any other country's citizenry.

The USA, and most of the countries of the Commonwealth, except Zimbabwe, they are too poor to help even their own people. Most of europe would help. Dont worry, you wont be alone. No I don't think any country will be glad. Perhaps organisations or political parties that dont agree with your policies would gloat.
