Just about every year, social science groups study the work habits of countries around the world. They discovered that people in the United States work more hours per week, more hours per year, and take fewer vacations than any other country in the world...including Japan.
I would say that this is one of the things that makes the United States prosperous.

your question itself has the answer in it give way for the others too.in tis competitive world u keep going and u never care for the others who r in the race.even after u reach ur goal or destiny u never wish to stretch out ur hand to uplift the others behind u .a country's prosperity doesn't lie in the wealth of an individual alone,it is the welfare of all the people who live in.so give way for the others to develop too

Aristocracy is a cancer. Confiscate inheritance and outlaw any unearned economic advantages.
If you don't pay people a salary and free tuition to go to college, you get what you pay for: incompetents. Make it just like any other job, pay for grades, and you will get the most talented people instead of the brown-noses and rich kids under the present indentured servitude.
Make unionization mandatory. Not only do management and capital loot and dispirit the worker, but there's no pressure on them to actually earn their salaries.
