So, the Americans won the land from Mexico. This land is not originally owned by the Mexicans. Shouldn't they ask for us to return California to the Chumash, Gabrielano and the Paiute? If the Mexicans claim America stole this land, Didn't the Mexicans and their Spanish Predecessor stole it too.

this is bull$hit!!!!!!!! i told a friend of mine back in 2000, soon they'd be trying to fine people for smoking in your car... and here it is!!!!! go to yahoo homepage and read this story, i guarantee you will flip! if you notice in the story,all the accidents mentioned had something to do with cell phones! they already have fines for that in certain states,so what do they need with this $hit???????? oh look everyone, we've finally arrived at our final destination- NAZI GERMANY!!!!!!!!!!! is this a democracy or dictatorship?????????

I mean, in our Liberal/Democrat/Conservative/Republican splits? I see people here every day accusing the other side of stupidity and evil to a hysterical level (and I mean that as in "hysteria," not "humor"). Couldn't we Americans get more done if we recognized that fellow Americans who disagree with us are not necessarily the enemy? Is it even possible for us to relearn this point of view?

Don't you think most reformed Alcoholics are depressed? They have to take anti-depressants? And they take antibuse as well if they are too bad off? So could we ever feel safe with an alcoholic? Because isn't true that once an alchy always an alchy? Even if you don't drink? Please think about this reasonably? How can we trust a person that plunges us into war, and has brought us nothing but grief? Have you felt good in the last 6 years? When does he make us feel safe? Does he do his job to look at the bright side? Or is he constantly talking about Armegeden? And terrorism? Gloom and Doom? What good is this bringer of bad tidings and ugly remedies as well? If we had a cut on our elbow, instead of stitching it he would rather cut it off?
