He's a comedian and he's funny. Every comedian uses race for laughs, Mencia is no different.

racial/racism is all about intent... that's what's often lost in society... and sometimes a person's intent is very difficult to see...
but with him, I think you can tell that he thinks everyone is equal and it's fun to joke around about stereotypes and about some truths in society that are considered taboo...
and I don't have a problem with it at all and I think he's hilarious most of the time... he can be a little overly silly at times, but I don't hold it against him..

I do not care for him myself. He is not only racial, but a lot of other things that I think stinks.

Occasionally, he's funny. However, his jokes are one-dimensional and joke about only one thing: Hispanic descent. His jokes get old, and fast. Not that Asian comedians are any better...but he's nothing special.

I find him to be open, honest, and funny. We need more comics of this nature, not claims of racism.
