Well, lets look at it this way. The US is far from perfect and even at that it took us over 200 years to create what we did. So, I hope you have your dancing shoes on if you would expect it faster than that. If everything would be put into place for a government like ours, today..then you'd have another 100 years or so to go. But between you and I...it won't be in our day, unfortunately.

The US and UK have corruption, too. Especially when you look back to the 1800's and early 1900's at their politics.

India is doing well because it has a great educational system whereas America has one that is garbage. As long as the educational system in India remains strong, there will always be replacements for the talented Indians who move elsewhere.

Take steps to reduce population growth, improve education (for all) and infrastructure. Then bring the majority of the population into the mainstream, tax-paying economy rather than the hand-to-mouth 'black' economy, thus affecting corruption, and you might be in with a chance.
It won't happen overnight but step by step anything is possible.

Undoubtedly yes, but its going to take much time.Look corruption is everywhere and no country is corruption free, but compared to their population the corruption content is not easily noticed. So more population is directly proportional to more problems.

India is well on their way. They have the second largest movie/film industry in the world, last time I checked. The U.S. is first. That's why one of their cities is nicknamed "Bollywood". Plus, there is no such thing as a country without corruption.
