cops have committed lots of crimes & continue to commit crimes to me. yhay tell me to get a lawyer. i am poverty level legal aid has always refused all assistance over 30 years resently legal aid committed crimes involving 0ver $39,000 which thay also say i have got to take legal aid to court about. investigaters say $75,000 would not be enough to start the investigations. these things atre vary serious. lawyers i can not pat that i am abel to locate only say to keep looking. my unlisted phone is being used from another address my computer messages say it is being used from another computer & i have not been alowed in the illegal postoffice for lots of years. whole year 2005 i receaved NO letters azddressed to this address.post office even admitted lots of my letters thay returned to the senders. some letters when i find out that people have sent me letters i have to get copys from the p;eople that have sent them to me. i am not doing anything illegal. cops are & other crimminols too>

There are a group of people (directors) of a company who are about to file a writ petition in the High Court. It is usually mandatory for the plantiff to physically appear while filing the writ. What if one or two of the plantiff's are out of the country? Can they appear prior to leaving the country or add their name to the writ after they come back? The writ HAS to be filed during their absence period! PLEASE HELP! This is urgent!

He is 68 and slipped and was knocked out when he hit his head off of the curb. He broke his arm so severely, he is getting it operated on tomorrow to have a plate put in. I told my mom that they should contact an attorney to see if the municipality holds some fault since the street was not cleared of snow...what do you think?

I hear you Republicans going after us liberals for buying oil from Venezuela, and I hear you guys saying that any true American would boycott Venezuela. but what I'd like to know is, why should we buy our oil from Saudi Arabia (A theocracy that punishes adulterers, apostates, and homosexuals with death, and whips their citizens for lesser crime) which doesn't elect it's leaders instead of Venezuela which does elect it's leaders, does not kill it's citizens for being apostates, homosexuals, adulterers, or enemies of the government. Which gives it's poor benefits, which is not funding wahabi hate schools that are dishing out "terrorists" fast than any other country.

This will be my first pcs as a military spouse and I'm pretty nervous. In fact...this is my first move ever! (other than just "in town") Can someone give me some pointers for the move? It seems that I'm seeing the beginning of a shift toward the Vietnam days of spitting on and persecuting soldiers for their service. I ordered satellite service from a major satellite company. The installer arrived along with two of his friends that came along to help him as I found out after the fact. One of the men was hurt when my deck collapsed with two of them on it. I called for an ambulance and when they arrived the man refused treatment saying he was ok and walked around for a while. Now I am being asked to pay for very high medical treatment and I need to know if I am liable for the injury or should the installer be responsible or the satellite company the installer worked for?I ordered satellite and now it is going to cost me a fortune for having done so. Any knowledge on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
