i dont see why not if its illegal ive broken that law hehe its legal to wear them on ur pants and sleeves so y not ur hands??

Why would you want to?Even if it was legal,someone may want to rob or assault you.Other than attracting a lot of unwelcome attention.Would be a ludicrous idea
