It impacts the common citizen more than it does anyone else. While it broadens the rights of law enforcement.....it narrows the rights of the rest of us. Does anyone remember the TIPS program they tried to start? It was cool that it failed. Good for citizens refusing to participate!!

They do not care about you talking smack unless you are reguarly calling terrorist countries or known terrorists.

It main impact is the ability of the different agencies to work together and communicate for our protection. Such as the CIA, NSA and FBI and IRS sharing information about terrorist suspects that they could not do before and their ability to make a coordinated hunt for them was very limited before the act.

everybody in america, but if you ain't got nothing to hide you is okay. just that somethings you don't need to hide, just want to and that will soon become impossible.
