How long do you have to live together as "husband" and "wife" for a common law marriage?

How long can you get away with living with a partner without it being recognised as marriage?

Do you have to specifically tell other people you are married for common law marriage to be recognised?

Also, do you have to get "divorced" from a common law marriage? If so, do people this this unfair?

The terrorist were from sudia arabia. And being a former soldier know the lose of loved ones. but other then that how do any of these countries affect us? other then the preceived threat. I don't know about you. but before all of this started I don't anyone thought twice about these little countries. and now people are ready to bomb these people to hell. no bin laden. not even a sudia arabian apology? whats up with that?

Governments and politicians caused the problems in Iraq and Afghanistan and now they want to use our tax dollars to fix their mistakes. If governments just minded their own business and dealt with the problems in their own countries we wouldn't be in the messes that we are today. Meandering politicians sticking their noses into the happenings in other countries and putting into office there the guys they think should be there has gotten us men like Saddam so how can that be good? If America stayed out of foreign interests tomorrow they would avoid the problems of today, which are going to use up all the taxes you paid yesterday. Now who created this mess in the first place? Answer, POLITICIANS! We elect you to work on problems here at home not 3000 miles away in some foreign land, when Mississippi is hit by a tornado why do we help Iraqis first?

more policy chnages than ever before, ill thought through policies and knee jerk reactions coupled with an underlying theme that tax and charges for everything is oossible and being the answer to everything has made this country a far worse place than it hase been for the last forty years. I am 17 years old, no license, early high school graduate (no job or college currently...).

I personally have never had an issue with drunk driving personally, but it's such a big deal and I'd like to help prevent it.

but I owe taxes from my 401K. Because of that I found out that the government charges an exhorbitant finance charge on your debt. I pay $309 a month and it all goes on interest (from $14,000). Isn't that immoral?
