ok so there are a number of mysterious marking on this ticket and i need to know what they mean

on is : P.F. / Max Spd and the P.F. is circled?

the other is something the officer wrote it reads: Exceding max speed limit (Almost T/C twice). what does that mean? HELP

The "PF" stands for "Prima Facia", which means "on the face of". To translate to everyday language, this means that your speeding has at least the minimum amount of evidence against you, and that the case can go forward.

They probably have radar or other proof that you were speeding.

Pay the ticket.

You were driving twice the speed as posted i assume that if the speed limit was 35 and you were driving 70 that would be twice the limit. What was the posted speed and what did they charge you as driving over?
