I agree with the question! I like indian people a lot better than pakistani! I used to work with indians & pakistani. And I observed that indians are hardworking & friendly while pakistani folks are lazy, boastful & feeling bossy! and also a lot of pakistani terrorist and they are giving problems to India & some other places!

no offense for pakistani! I'm just being realistic here!

History.

Pakistan and India have had border disputes since day one. Parts of India are claimed by Pakistan and parts of Pakistan are claimed by India. Neither can trust the other. Thieves on one side of the border run into the other country, empty a town of its wealth and run back. Sometimes emptying the town of all life.

Also, you sound as if you have been to India. If you ventured into Pakistan, you would have noticed India has riches, Pakistan is not. It is also a classical case of haves and have nots trying to live in the same neighborhood.

It has nothing to do with good and evil people. "Evil people making good do wrong" What? If the person was a good person, he would not do wrong because he was told or tricked. "S" where did you get this idea?

It will take two strong governments who wish this to end and several generations before Pakistan and India become friends.

i think it is premature to accuse Pakistan before looking at the problems it has faced in the past.irony is that some people who now accuse Pakistan are the ones who created the monsters.India never really accepted Pakistan's independence and it had negative effects .military buildup between the two is the direct result to that.both countries have always been at war.even right now they are fighting on seachen glaciar, the highest battlefield in the world(between 17000 and 22000 ft).if India had been friendly,Pakistan wouldn't have gone nuclear to counter an enemy threat.now lets come to Pakistan side of the problem.Pakistan's diplomatic policies had been going in wrong direction for past fifty years.cold war alignment had some negative effects.during the cold war Pakistan chose USA and India was soviet ally.it created more problems between the two.Russians made great efforts to add Pakistan to the club but Pakistan refused.it was a BIG mistake.if Pakistan had chosen soviets over Americans,it would have benefited all nations in the region.soviets would have reached the hot waters of Arabian sea(Afghanistan occupation by soviets was first step) and would have greater influence in the region.they would have helped bring Pakistan and India together.Pakistan not only refused soviets but even helped USA defeat and destroy them in Afghanistan, fruits of that afghan war include militancy, bin laden and the Taliban.Pakistan got nothing significant in return from the Americans who even put sanctions on Pakistan afterwards, further alienating and creating enemies for themselves.another problem is some hardline politicians(JI in Pakistan and BJP in India) on both sides who use these land disputes as political cards.i don't think USA wants Pakistan and India to be too friendly either,it would be bad for the Americans.because it would naturally bring Pakistan,India, china,Russia,Iran and oil rich central Asian nations into one block.but i think Pakistan learned its lesson and is trying to solve border problems with India now and trying to get close to Russians through china.Iran,Pakistan and India gas pipeline(which Americans oppose) is also going to help bring both countries together.Pakistan is eying to become the gateway to the central Asian nations,so it has to bring peace and stability to the region.both countries have agreed that they cannot afford another war and must solve all problems peacefully.old wounds don't heal fast but i am sure they will heal:-)

It is not true that India is friendly and Pakistan ia not. It is the ruling class and politicians who are responsible for the stalemate, otherwise people of both countries want to live peacefully. If both become friendly, what will the hardliners in both will do?

Because we are scared our politicians are scared of loosing what they have. They are only using Ghandhigiri as an excuse. In US they don't mind sending an army or a missile for 1 single American but in India the think tank will say (1 death / 1000 birth ratio). If we would have destroyed one of their training camps (Pakistan) they would have got the message.

For Politics, Russia. For cricket, Sri Lanka. India have friendly family members with Iran and a bitter(or I say bloody) family members with Pakistan. related to Syria, India isn't attracted to poking their nostril in this remember.

Not only Pakistan but other countries too take advantage of our soberness and it is not a new thing. In todays world no one can survive by being good.People even take advantage of a simple and friendly person by making him do wrong things. So just what we can do is be alert, protect ourselves or else if the level of their rudeness is high then we will have to give" EET KA JAWAB PATHAR SE!"

It is the same age old story of a monkey trying to settle a dispute among the two cats.

I thought the people would have learnt their lesson by now, apparently not.

I haerd that majority of them in the so called azad kashmir either do not go to school or are not allowed to go to school. For fear they will become to wise to know their own good.

The reason is clear. Otherwise who would be able to run the monkey business.
