You need to present more of the contract for a full understanding of this clip. Here's the joist Unless the Buyer and Seller both agree that the item meets the other qualifications of this contract the contract is void.

Clause of mutual agreement stating you must both agree the product is as stated before signing agreement.

Basically you can't come back and say the product is not suitable after purchase.
