If a leisurely drive around all those towns in your area doesn't produce any results, ask around at ACS or any of the German wives you might know. You could also ask at your FRG if any of those ladies know, German or not.
I'm up in Schweinfurt but I see 2.Hand signs all over the place while I'm out and about. Even if you know German wives but they're not from the area, they can at least help you look up where some stores might be. I know the language barrier can be frustrating when you're looking for something specific.

i'm not at Ramstein myself yet I visit a lot. I purely had my hair finished via an American military spouse on the salon there so no, you do not should be a German nationwide apparently. it really is like a touch u . s . a . and Ramstein is in solid region to go back and forth from. there is also Vogelweh purely down the line it truly is yet another base with a BX, potential Zone, Commissary, etc. should be yet another position to search for employment.

Your best bet is too go to your ACS and ask them, they usually can help with the goings on in the community.
