Circuit Court?

How many federal circuit courts are there? How are the judges selected for those courts? Which circuit court would you use here in Maryland?

There are 11 U.S. Circuit courts. The judges are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. The 4th Circuit includes Maryland.
