The united states government banned the CIA from assassinating people as part of their mission to keep America safe. I believe that the current administration as reinstated it. I may be wrong so if i am please post a correction.

Sure....Governments are just made of humans. And all humans are flawed.Government is really about who has Power in any situation. Power is the most potent drug in the world. Men will do almost anything to possess it, and once they have it, will do anything to keep it. This is not a knock on government, just a simple observation on human nature.

The government do not kill people. It is the law that is followed for the killing of criminals and for military action against terrorists.

yes. u know where Aids came from? theory has it that the government put out aids virus to kill off some of the population because it is increasing rate is getting too high. This is one of their many methods....
