That further threatening, attacking, and bombing. . ...WILL NOT STOP US ?

In fact, not only will it not stop us.. . . . .. Much more of this nonsense will only 'force' the USA to use EXTREME MEASURES !!!!

What 'gain' is there, if ultimately the 'Anti-American' Terrorists Actions, only serve to bring DESTRUCTION upon the very peoples that the 'Anti-American Terrorists' seek to promote ?

Foolish, short-sighted ideals !!!!

I think everyone is familiar with the horrific atrocities being commited by the Chinese against what used to be once the sovereign nation of Tibet. According to rough U.N. estimates:
"Over 17% of Tibetans killed since Chinese invasion, over 6,500 monasteries destroyed - Genocide and torture by the Chinese continues." I fail to see how how a guy like Saddam who killed 142 shias warranted the invasion of Iraq and his subsequent execution while in Tibet 17% of its population is wiped off the faced of this earth and China doesnt even make it to the 'axis of evil list'. On the contrary they are awarded the olympics and billions of dollars of U.S. foreign investment. Is it me or is something seriously wrong with the world's so called Powers?. The video posted below is just one of many examples of how the Tibets are killed when fleeing Chinese rule which are being commited at an alarming rate unfortunately.

"Repent and live the way I want you to live, or else the world will come to an end." That's the essence of BOTH men's messages.

I know, I know, "but one of them claims to have science behind him." Except that he doesn't. A bunch of UN scientists huddled together and then declared victory, they keep making the language in their manifesto tougher, scarier, but they have no more evidence of human causation of warming than they had when it all started in the early 1980s, and they base their claims on a complete re-writing of the climate history which had been universally accepted from the time prior warming periods happened until the late 1990s when the climate had become a political issue.

If you just watch 700 Club without a critical attitude, I can see where a person of average intelligence could get hooked. Same for Al Gore.

I will live my life the way I WANT TO LIVE IT thank you.

Consider the following scenario

You spend all night studying for a test and score a 98. The person sitting next to you went out and partied and scored a 42. The professor takes 28 points from you and gives it to him so that you both pass. Meanwhile the person on the other side of you has been diagnosed with test taking anxiety and under the classmates with disabilites act is awarded an additional 20 points so instead of getting a 60 he/she receives an 80. Is this scenario fair or unfair and why?

My sister said I should report him to the RCMP, I will be definetly be reporting it to Yahoo answers. This guy I believe has no respect for women, it was a man figuring he can rape certain women (women with reputations) and I got very offended because I have a very strong opinion against people being used as a sex object man he is a very scary guy.

Does someone have the address to yahoo so I can forward on this message? I may still report this man to the RCMP because to me he is very dangerous and maybe he is a serial rapist.

Liberal= "tolerant of change, not bound by authoritarianism, orthodoxy, or tradition"

Conservative= "resistant to change; conforming to standards of the Middle Class"

Systems that cannot change or adapt to changing conditions are in danger of extinction. Liberals take a conservative view when it comes to natural resource allocation, which has been identified as the critical determining factor of a civilization's survival. Conservatives take a liberal view on several issues of importance to them. Whose middle class values are we supposed to be conforming to, anyway? If liberals are truly the enemy of the country, as so many claim, then why is the definition of "liberal" more aligned to long-term survival? Is anybody else concerned about the inability of both sides to reconcile, and the growing divide and hatred? Don't we need both?

well, we know he had them, he used them to murder many of his own countrymen..women and children..if you have doubts of the savaginess of this, research a little and look at the pictures of the dead children in the dirt, arms outward, maybe crying for help..
why did sadaam not let the weapons inspectors do their job? if he had nothing to hide, why risk sanctions then attacks?..
look at all the man had, he had a country with huge palaces just for him..basically, he had anything he wanted...why would a man take the risk of losing all this?
he saw the military buildup against him, and he had to know his army really wasn't much of a challenge, so why risk an attack and the possibility of losing everything or dying?
i suppose the thinking confuses me...don't tell me the story that he was worried about an attack from iran, thus the weapons facade...he knew good and well that had he cooperated with the weapons inspectors, the u.n. would have been behind him should iran cause trouble..also he was telling the world he had nothing anyway, so iran would have attacked had they had the wherwithall to do so..
now here in america we have democrats saying we told you so and republicans saying we were wrong to go into iraq since there were no wmd's,,,but there were!..where are they..
i think had sadaam destroyed them he would gladly have pointed that out to the weapons inspectors...i believe they are still buried there someplace...there is no way in hell that all of iraq has been searched...

The recent deal of Corus-TATAS is an indication that they have come to the conclusion that Indian infrastructure will never improve and it is safer to move their operations to better countries around the world. Infosysy chairman NRN has said this repeatedly and now they are also investing in China in a big way.

I live in the state of New York (Upstate)...I live in a apartment. Which is a house with 2 apartment, one upstairs one down stairs. There is only one entrance to get into the apartments...which is also your exit as well. But before you can enter the apartment...You have to go on the porch. The porch used to have two post/banister. One of them has been broken for many months. And the owner/landlord haven’t fix it yet, he just laid it alongside of the porch. I understand he has lot of iron in the fire (other things to do) such as take care of the other houses and apartments he has. Because I know he owns a lot of buildings and stuff. But it would only take 10-15 of his time to fix. A few mornings ago. I was coming down the steps, and happened to slip on some ice/snow. I could of have some support if the post/banister was there, but which it wasn’t, and in result of that. I broke my arm. Is that my fault. Would that be the landlord responsibility to fix that or was that the tenants responsibility ? These are listed in the rental agreement

Tenant Responsibility: Good housekeeping is expected of everyone. Tenant agrees to keep quarters clean and in a sanitary condition. The tenants agree not to permit any deterioration or destruction to occur while they are occupying the property. They agree to maintain the walls, woodworks, floors, furnishings, fixtures and appliances, windows, screens, doors, plumbing and heating fixtures, as well as the general structure and appearance of the property.

Tenant To maintain Dwelling Unit:
1.) Comply with all obligations primarily imposed upon tenants by applicable provisions of building codes materially affecting health and safety.
2.)Keep that part of the premises that he occupies and uses as clean and safe as the condition of the premises permit.
3.) Dispose from this dwelling unit all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and safe manner. No items are to be placed on the front porches without permission by the Landlord.
4.) Keep all plumbing fixtures in the dwelling unit or used by the tenant as clean as their condition permits.
5.)Use in a reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, other facilities and appliances in the premises.
6.) not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit any person to do so.
7.) Conduct himself and require other persons on the premises with his consent to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb his neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of the premises.

Residents warrants that he/she will meet above conditions in every respect, and acknowledges that failure to perform the obligations herein stipulated will be considered ground for termination of this agreement and loss of the deposits.

Alterations: Tenants shall make no alterations, decorations, additions or improvement in or to the premises without landlords’ prior written consent.

Waiver: All rights given to Landlord by this agreement shall be cumulative in addition to any laws which exist or might come into being. Any exercise of any rights by Landlord or failure to exercise any rights shall not act as wavier of those or any other rights. No statement or promise by Landlord, its agents or employees, as tenancy, repairs, amount of rent to be paid, or other terms and conditions shall be binding unless it is put in writing and made a specific part of this agreement.

Could You explain to me if he would still be responsible for my fall and injury? In “Tenants Responsibility” it says “woodworks” does that mean the porch too since it is made out of wood? Does this means that the fall and injury is my fault?

I do not beleive in Slavery, nor do I beleive in hating anyone because of the color of their skin, religion or country of origin.

It was during a recent discussion on the causes of world war I that the thought occurred to me that it was the harsh treatment of the south following the civil war, not the down fall of the institution of slavery that has caused most of the racial hatred in this country today.

Abraham Lincoln accepted Lee's surrender with the words "With charity towards all and Malice towards none" for this he was shot!
Andrew Johnson attempted to hold to Lincoln's policy and for this he was impeached. (He was not removed from office)

Had Lincoln's postwar policy been adopted do you think many of attitudes of racial hatred in this country might have been avoided?
