Some conservatives accuse liberals of wanting to destroy "traditional American values". That's such a vague term, though, so what do they mean?

Now before i get crucified again ill say this,What we did to the Indians was wrong. What we did to the Afro-Americans was wrong. What the USA government has done all over the world has not been always right, but the blue collar people who are the backbone of this country have been lied to and misled long enough and are gearing up to establish the fact that were not as stupid as the government thinks we are. This illegal invasion which the USA government created and allowed to happen just could be the straw that breaks the camels back.Right or wrong!

Someone said that the soldiers are using silly string, spraying it in the doorways and the string is sticking to the trip wires. Have you heard this ? If so please tell me where to send it. Many of us have already started buying it but don't know where to send it to.

I am a smoker, and it is getting to the point where we have no rights, I won't argue with non-smokers that it is a bad habit, most will reply just quit smoking and you won't have to worry about the laws, etc etc. I am well aware of the health factors for smokers and on non smokers, but when it gets to the point that a person can be fined for smoking in a public place, street, who knows maybe even in your own car while driving will be next. Why does the government allow this product to be still manufactured. Obvis, there is many health factors with it already that we all know about, smokers know that we are getting more and more taxed on the products already, and now fines on top of it? When will it stop? Bottem line, I feel it is a huge money making scam, and those of us that are addicted to the product are the ones getting shafted and all we get is anti-smoking adds, if it is to the point where you get fined for smoking and it is so bad for others, why does the government allow it?

All joking aside, we need to GET OUT of Iraq and allow things to take their natural course. It is not enough any longer for the Occupiers to pretend they are bringing peace or democracy to a country in which people are dying in these numbers daily.

What good is it if we have 140,000 thousand troops on the ground and they are as good as useless in stopping these attrocities?

Today's "Blue" or liberal states are far better off than their counterpart "Red" or conservative states. They lead in wealth, education, physical fitness, life span, and most all other categories.

Is this because the Rich Blue states are greedy? Shouldn't these Blue states be distributing more of their wealth to the Red states?

If wealth distribution is what they believe in, then the taxes on the blue states should double while the red states should see a reduction in the amount of taxes they pay.

Right?

“We’ve got to ask, why is this man [Osama bin Laden] is so popular around the world? Why are people so supportive of him in many countries ... that are riddled with poverty? ... He’s been out in these countries for decades, building roads, building schools, building infrastructure, building day care facilities, building health care facilities, and the people are extremely grateful. ...

We have not done that.”

Which presidential candidate, so far, has your support? Why?
I am voting for Obama. I believe a lack of baggage will enhance productivity. If few are thinking about Obama's faults, more will be thinking of how to improve our current issues.

Democrats got slightly ignorant people to believe a Democrat controlled congress can change Iraq.

They got some people to forget that 20 million people have invaded this country and that Democrats want the invasion. Democrats started campaigning on the the Iraq issue after the Democrat's massive foreign worker rallies in May failed so badly.

Anyone that went to high school knows congress doesn't control wars. High school graduates know F.D.R. and Truman decided the out come of World War 2, not congress.

The constitution says the president controls the military. Also, several times the Supreme Court has ruled that the president has the right to control the military. It has to do with the constitution and "separation of powers".

Irrelevant???? Soldiers are legally responsible for any crime they commit obeying an illegal order.
