The Speaker of the House, then that person could appoint a Vice President with Senate approval.

I doubt that this would ever happen.

IF by some chance, the President and Vice President both died, or were for some reason incapacitated the Speaker of the House would be the next person in line for the job.

Will they make it legal to assassinate the president and vice president? If so, they may become president and vice president. And as for secretary of state, who cares about that?
