There are plenty of troops.
What we lack is people willing to allow our troops to win.

Damn good obvious observation princess! We won't, which is why we will fail in Iraq.
Most of the so-called 2 million voluntary army we have, 1/2 of it is support troops such as nurses, administrative clerks, cooks , mechanics etc etc, all the admin personnel it takes to run a military as inefficient as ours is. Only a very small amount of that number are grunts on the ground who go on patrols and do the fighting. Another over sight people aren't aware of just like all the other oversites throughout this war.
The bottom line is that the socalled generals on Yahoo here, know very little about how our overall military operates. If they did they would have done the math and realized a long time ago that a volunteer force the size of ours cannot possibly hold and secure the amount of territory they are tasked with for an extended time line.
See, that's just the facts, no three worded patriotic slogans needed to find common sense.
You get a seegar!

When will the Congressional Senators realize that we are sending our Soldiers to their graves in a Bushies' manipulated War to serve their own greed and still questionable reasoning 0 a war thAt's not only turning more hate against Americans, but a Sectarian Civil War that only Middle Eastern nations, not the U.S. can only solve to bring peace to their own borders? More Americans are now killed in Iraq than at the WTC tragedy. Are they hoping to allow our very best fighting warriors to be erased off in Iraq and leave our Homeland lacking of the finest? Remember that the Middle Eastern nations have their own unused warriors, just waiting to fo into action. If the War continues and Americans create more and more hate by the Middle Eastern nations against us, what if they decide to challenge America to war... and what's left of our American fighting warriors are some exhaudted or wounded souls while theirs are fresh and ready to enter the war against us?
Why are must our Senators commit more funds to Iraq when they can't even responsibly find out anything with our missing $$$$ and weapons already sent to Iraq??? Who are their friends they want or hope to enrich?

Since the military is made up of about 2,000,000 folks, I'm sure they can spare 21,500. If not, they better start cranking up the draft.
