forgot to mention, I'm from the us where driving age is 16 (mostly ), not like uk where it's 18?

Although it's illegal the US to drink under 21 , just ask someone whos 20 or below in the Estados Undos ito see if they drink. I bet it will be like 8 out of 10 have. Edited.

The legal age for drinking in the UK is only 13. At least that was the average age the group of girls lying on the floor chucking up outside the offie tonight was...The local PCSo's thought it was OK to do nothing so it must be.

the legal drinking age in UK is 16, but of course you already know that being a bar person!!!

They have a much more sensible attitude about drinking in Europe. Not like my country where you're an adult at 18 for everything EXCEPT alcohol.

Just wondering as I'm from UK... what is the penalty for underage drinkingin US?... say when you're 19 and considererd an adult in other ways... are you arrested and charged like an adult or do they blame the parents like they do when you're 12-14ish?
