My Kingsnake that I've had for only about a half a year (and is about 3 years old), has been turning over onto her back and just lying that way for I don't know how long.... but I come home and find her like that quite often (5 or 6 times now) in recent weeks. I always freak out and think she's dead, but she's always fine and doesn't seem sick or anything. I'll rub her belly to make her turn back over, but she just keeps doing it. It freaks me out when she does. She ate a couple weeks ago, she's due for another feeding soon. She shed her skin about three weeks ago, so she's behaving normally except for turning over on her back. Does anyone know if this is something they've seen kingsnakes, or other snakes do before? Ever? If so, do you know why they do it? Please anybody tell me any information that my be helpful, thanks!
