If you're moving them too late after they have been laid, if the yolk shifts too much, blood vessels rupture and the egg dies. This is how reptile eggs are. What kind of substrate to you have? If you have something in the cage with some of whatever substrate you want to use for the eggs (not sure what they suggest for leopard geckos), she'll probably prefer to lay her eggs in it rather than loose in the cage. This way, when the eggs are laid, all you have to do is lift the thing they're in out and put it where you have the correct temperature range, and keep an eye on the humidity.

Good luck.

You need to make a breeding box. its simple. get a margarine tub (with lid) cut 1 inch (or so) hole in the side and fill half way with vermiculite (available at garden centres)that has been slightly moistened. The female will use this as the egg laying site and the moisture will prevent the eggs from drying out.
As far as hatching the eggs produced you can hatch them in the cage as long as you have measured the temperature your heating system is producing. an incubator is best but when you dont have one this is a way to improvise.
