he is about 1-2 1/2 inches and we feed him crickets, pinkies, meal & wax worms, and soon i'll feed him a goldfish or a super worm.

his name is jumbo, and he is a very active, cool, and fun frog

I just got my ball python yesterday and know nothing about them..This may sound silly but earlier today it seemed like he was tryin to deficate and this pinkish thing was coming out of his anus.. I didn't know what it was but i thought it would come out or go back in there...This happened around 3 earlier today and it still there...Could someone please tell me what this is?.... If you want to add anything else that you think I should know about my new snake feel free to add it.

i just got a corn snake about 3 weeks ago and they said he was just fed when we picked him up so yesterday i tried to feed him and he will not eat the live baby mouse(pink) i already feel bad for the baby and now its going to starve to death. the poor thing has been crawling around the cage. I dont know what to do with it. ??????

yea i just got a corn snake and its a baby, about 1-2 months old, and i was wondering if a 20 gallon tank would be too big for it, i have 4 hides in it, which include a log bought from the pet store(its hollow,) a pot that usually holds plants with a hole in it, a coconut shell, and a corner with bendable branches with fake leaves on it, is this enough hides and will my corn get stressed? thanks allot.

I have two red eye turtles"I have had a turtle for about six years. The other day I added a turtle which is about two years old or less to my tank. Will they get along? And how can I tell their sex. Also, the other day I caught the older one fanning or hitting the younger one, or perhaps I should ask , what were the doing?

See, I live in Illinois and it gets quite cold in the winter. I would love to get a lizard, but would like to know which ones live long, have a good temperment, and would be able to survive the cold? All help is appreciated :)

My chinese water dragon(only one) has a small spot on top of his head nowhere else.It is grey and it is a circle I'm afraid it is a tick or parasite. He has nothing on the rest of his body.

A very tiny newly hatched baby snake found his way into my house yesterday. I have him in a container, heated to about 75 degrees. I have tortoises so i know about heat. I would put him back outside but it is about 40 degrees and it has been pouring down rain for 3 days. I thought I might keep him till spring. I don't know why he hatched now, except that we had a weird warm dry winter in CA. He hatched, and now winter has finally set in.
Anyway. What do i feed this little thing. I can't even find an ant outside. He is sooooo tiny. Right now he seems happy, warm and has a water dish. I just can't find what to feed him.
Any help please!

ok sat there watching tv and an animal programe comes on about crocodiles and my boyfriend asked whats the difference between them both. I dont know myself so i wanted to know if anyone out there does. Even though i know i could look it up on the internet i thought it would be more fun this way :)

I would love to get either or both, but am not sure now after hearing about some lady dying after being bitten by her Boa who had it. I would definitely keep it clean as best I can, but I want to get a pet that I can hold and allow to walk around a little bit without worry. Please help! (Also, if either one bites you, can you get sick, or is it real bad)?

the end like the last 4 inches is dark brown and hard and sometimes the tip falls off and it bleeds. is there something wrong with him?? hes only 9 months old.
