Yes there are blue snakes, there is just about every color you can imagine including ircandesent (rainbow boas). Every snake on that movie is based on real snakes, they too great pains to do that, just get the movie and watch the making of parts on the DVD and you'll see that.

yes all the snakes in the movie r based off real snakes the colors and things are only morphed colors and yes there are snakes that have a blue tint to them
