sunny side up with a side of bacon and orange juice...
How do you think?? they swallow it the same way they swallow everything else. They might spit up the shell, although I have always heard that vomiting isn't good for them. They digest much of the mice bones, so why couldn't they eggshells.

All snakes have the ability to stretch their jaw out and disconnect their upper and lower jaw so they can consume large prey. However, as for an egg, some specific egg-eating snakes have some strong and semi-sharp bones in their throat so it pokes the egg and cracks it open. After that, the egg contents disperse in its body and to the stomach. Then it spits out the egg shell.

It depends on the snake, some like them over easy, some prefer scrambled... just kidding! They unhinge their bottom jaw, swallow the egg and there are spikey projections on the underside of their spine. It bears down on its muscles, the spikes break the egg and it spits out the shell. These snakes don't have any teeth. They are pretty neat critters. Then again I say that about all animals

its jaw comes apart from the skull and swallows the egg, once it gets to the muscle of the snakes belly, the snake will crush the shell and send the shell back out the mouth, eating the yolk

Snakes have the ability to "unhinge" their jaws. They can pop their lower jaw out of the socket so it hangs freely. After that it is just a matter of wiggling the egg down.

Hi. They swallow it whole. The shell breaks in its stomach and they spit out the broken pieces. Search on 'egg eating snake'..
