It sounds like you have a very dehydrated malnourished Gecko and without a vet visit the poor thing is likely to die. Not having the money is not an excuse, when you buy a pet you take on the responsibilty for that animal so if you can't afford a vet visit you should not have purchased the animal. I bet if you got sick today you'd have money to get yourself better. Think about it.

Check his heat! It sounds like somewhere along the line he isn't getting the nutrition he needs. If you are giving him vitamins and he isn't being able to digest then that could cause a problem. Not enough heat being provided can cause malnutrient problems. If you are using a heat rock- get rid of it. These always cause problems. The temperature is uncontrollable and it can lead to such problems like this. I recommend using a heat lamp. These are easy to monitor temperature. If you prefer not to use a lamp an undertank heater can be used. Just be sure to choose the right size for your tank. Another thing you could try is checking the light. Are you using a UVA/UVB bulb? Reptiles need this artificial sunlight to produce vitamin D. Without it, it can also cause malnutrition problems. Make sure that your light is working properly. I'm pretty sure that his appearance is being caused by a vitamin deficiency.

If he's skinny, it's probably from the not eating part. About the head...woah you should go see a vet and stop dilly-dallying by asking anonymous people that could give you faulty information over this website. GO SEE A VETERANARIAN.
