they really don't eat (acquarium fish's food).
Seller told me that they are 'singapore turtles' and they eat 'acquarium fish's food' .

1. If the shell is painted with real paint, have it cleaned off immediately.

2. To identify the turtle, try http://www.austinsturtlepage.com and their World of Turtles gallery.

3. Once you find the species (give the Red-ear slider a look- it is a very common pet turtle), try their Care Sheets for care ideas.

4. No turtle will do well on typical fish food. Try the basic turtle care articles at the site listed for good diet ideas.

Try feeding your turtle all kinds of things:
-vegetables (mostly tortoises like veggies, however)
-fish (If they live in an aquarium with lots of water)
-turtle pellets
-turtles who live mostly in the water sometimes enjoy canned catfood because they are attracted to the smell.
-If all else fails, get them some salamanders. They've got to eat sometime, right? There's no turtle I've ever seen who won't snap up a salamander.
